1st Dream. 1st Degree. 1st Day in the UK
An event for Thai families planning their child’s education, life and future in the UK.
Choosing a UK university is one decision; knowing where your child will live, how they will get around, what things actually cost and whether you are making the right property call - that is everything else.
This event covers both.
Seats are limited.
We keep attendance small so every family has direct access to our team.
What we are covering
The UK education path: We will delve deep into what the journey actually looks like, right from course selection to landing in the UK as an international student.
What to prepare, what to expect and what most families only find out after arrival.
Finding the right home in London: Location matters more than most families realise. In this session, we will help you choose where your child lives in the UK and factor in university proximity, transport, safety and neighbourhood.
And if you are weighing up renting versus buying, we'll walk through what that decision actually involves.
Real student life: Beyond lectures and libraries. What your students genuinely experience day to day while adjusting to a new city, managing costs, getting around and what you as a parent can do before they leave to make that transition easier.
Why this event
Most families try their best to collate information from multiple sources. This includes agents, friends, online forums.
However, what is missing is a room where education specialists and property advisors are speaking to each other and you can ask both.
That's what this is.
- UK Education and Property, All in One Place
- Practical guidance; definitely, not a sales pitch.
- Enough space and time to ask the questions you actually have.
- Relevant whether your child is applying now or planning ahead.
Questions people usually ask
Q. My child hasn't applied yet. Is it too early to attend this event?
A. No, this is exactly the right stage to attend. The earlier you understand the full picture, the better the decisions you'll make later.
Q. We haven't decided whether to rent or buy in London. Should we still come?
A. Yes. This session is designed precisely for families at that stage, working through the options before committing to anything.
Q. Can we start the property process from Thailand?
A. Generally, yes. With the right advisors, legal support and documentation in place, the process can be handled remotely. This consultation event will give you a clear sense of what that involves.
Q. Will there be investment-related information?
A. Yes, you will learn about location, rental demand and what to factor in when thinking about London property as a longer-term asset. Private consultation appointments will also be available in the afternoon for families seeking one-to-one guidance on UK property investment.
Q. My child will study outside London. Is this still relevant?
A. Much of it, yes. Education planning, student life and the preparation process apply broadly. Some property sessions are London-specific, but your advisors can speak to other cities too.
Q. Do I need to know anything about property before attending?
A. Nothing at all. This event is built for families who are starting from scratch on the property side.
