Our Director’s Trip to Bangkok wrapped up in March after four hectic days of seminar and one-on-one consultations with Thai clients. Most discussions focused on what buyers need to know before investing in the UK this year.

Discussions were also held on mortgage options for overseas buyers and tax considerations for Thai investors. Instead of focusing on headlines, conversations were centred on practical questions around buying, letting and overseas property management.

This was the first time Wimbledon Bridge House debut in Thailand. This development is attracting strong interest from those seeking a well-connected location with consistent long-term rental demand. Many attendees were exploring London as part of a broader international investment strategy.

We explained the process of our team supporting buyers beyond the purchase itself. Discussions were held on our services, including lettings, property management and guidance on tax and legal requirements. Our focus with Thai investors is to make it easier for them to own and manage a London property from overseas.
