Anita Mehra
Managing Director, Benham & Reeves
For 40 years Anita has been the driving force behind Benham and Reeves’ success as it has grown from a single branch in Hampstead, to one of central London’s oldest, independently owned sales, letting and property management companies. Anita's vision has driven the expansion of the business to offer a complete range of property investment related services from under one roof, from purchase to handover, furnishings and/or refurbishment to lettings and property management. Anita has also spearheaded the company’s overseas expansion – it now has international offices in China, Hong Kong SAR, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Middle East, Qatar, Singapore, Thailand and Turkey She travels regularly, visiting the company's offices, meeting clients and discussing property investment strategy, as well as holding property investment seminars, often alongside notable banks, property developers and other international partners.
Marc von Grundherr
Director, Benham & Reeves
Marc has been a board director since 2001 and oversees the company’s rental operations as well as developing new business. He is instrumental in the company’s expansion and works closely with Managing Director Anita Mehra to develop its core services. Marc is a favoured contributor to national media as a property expert and can regularly be heard on the BBC, Bloomberg, Talk-Radio and multiple Global News channels. His highly analytical and straight-talking style is picked up by the UK’s press and ensures that he and Benham and Reeves are featured in the Times, the FT, the Telegraph and many other consumer and business publications frequently. Marc is also a proficient webinar and events host and focuses on unlocking the world of property investment for attendees. He believes in giving advice only that he himself would take and is proud of the long-term relationships he has developed with investors across the globe.
Soraya Marom (SorYa)
Head of Thailand, Benham & Reeves
Bringing her extensive experience in international property acquisition and deep understanding of the specific needs of Thai investors, Soraya brings a wealth of skills to our Thailand operations. Her focus is consulting with Thai investors on sales and lettings of residential property in the UK. Soraya’s expertise speaks for itself, with previous experience gained working with a Singapore public listed company on UK property business development, where she was involved in multiple London property acquisitions for hotels, residential and commercial buildings worth over £100Million. With an Honors Degree of BArch from King Monkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabung in Bangkok, and an MA in Design Studies from Central Saint Martins in London, Soraya had practiced as an architect with one of the UK renowned companies for 3 years before shifting her career to property investment and real estate which is now her passion.
