Widya has a pedigree career in International Residential behind her since 2009, with a proven track record and experience in providing expert advice to Asian based clients looking for residential investment opportunities in various markets. Widya specialises in London property and also has vast residential knowledge in other parts of the world; namely Japan, Switzerland, USA, Portugal and Germany.

Before joining Benham & Reeves as the Head of Hong Kong SAR, she spent 12 years at JLL , where her last role was the Head of International Residential in Singapore and Southeast Asia.

Widya's expansive knowledge has helped deliver highly successful residential project marketing campaigns which she brings to her role at Benham & Reeves. In her new role as Head of Hong Kong SAR, Widya oversees our diverse, multilingual sales and leasing teams tasked with looking after our Hong Kong SAR and China clients. Apart from heading up the team in Hong Kong, Widya is also responsible for emerging markets in Asia such as Taiwan, Thailand and Indonesia. Her dedication and energy to providing excellent customer service ensure that our clients' investment requirements continue to be fulfilled from under one roof.

Soraya leads the strategic direction and overall performance of the Thailand office, overseeing client advisory services across the region. She draws on extensive experience in London’s residential sales and lettings market and provides savvy Thai investors with transparent, data-driven insight into location performance, rental demand and long-term capital growth prospects. She works with the senior management and London offices to offer local clients convenient access to new developments, resale opportunities and tailored investment solutions.

Kasamaphan plays a key role in strengthening Benham & Reeves’ presence within the Thai investors community. As Sales & Business Development Manager, she advises clients on strategic acquisition strategies across London and focuses on areas recognized for resilience, tenant demand and long-term value. Kasamaphan coordinates directly with Benham & Reeves London’s sales and lettings teams to offer clients up-to-date market updates, pricing analysis and availability of both new-build and secondary market properties.

Carol plays a key role in leading regional marketing initiatives across Asia, with a particular focus on Hong Kong, the Greater Bay Area, and fast-growing markets such as Thailand and Indonesia. Collaborating closely with our international sales and marketing teams, she specialises in the planning and execution of project marketing campaigns and live events. With expertise in digital marketing, public relations, and brand-building, Carol brings a well-rounded perspective to every project. Her background in investment banking and real estate enhances her strength in performance marketing that deliver high-impact campaigns. Outside of work, Carol enjoys staying active, exploring new destinations, and spending time in nature.

Thunchanok has a bachelor’s degree in International Business Management and a minor in Marketing, backed with experience across international business, marketing strategy and operational management. She supports the Thailand office's overseas framework while overseeing the planning and strategic execution of marketing initiatives. Her role includes coordinating campaigns, supporting sales processes and refining internal workflows to ensure efficiency.

Peachayanan handles essential administrative and operational support to the Thailand office. Equipped with over five years of office administration experience, she is responsible for documentation, record management and day-to-day coordination across sales and marketing. Her attention to detail and thorough understanding of internal procedures help maintain structured processes.

Grace actively contributes to an organised and efficient environment by supporting transactional documentation and ensuring smooth communication between teams.
